K.O Fit is a boutique gym based on the outskirts of West Malling, Kent. We offer 1:1 personal training, nutrition advice and meal planning in a fully private setting.  

Whatever your background, sessions and plans are individually tailored to you and your preferences and designed solely with you and your goals in mind.

Our Services

The PT Session

Train as you go.

£50 per session.

1:1 Training in a fully private gym with an advanced personal trainer.

The PT Package

Train regularly in a fully private gym.

5 X 1:1 PT Sessions @ £200 (Save £50)

Book a block of sessions with your long term goals in mind. These sessions will be written solely for you and can be offered as frequently as you wish.

(The PT Package can be combined with The Total Package and workouts will be predominantly written for the KO gym unless otherwise advised).

A full overhaul and overview.

£125

1 x 1:1 PT session, diet and meal planning, health check in, postural assessment and a personalised training plan adapted to your goal(s) and workout environment – at home, the gym and beyond.
